Can't recommend highly enough for a quick layover
Charming atmosphere, attentive staff, the relaxing pool area provided a perfect backdrop to unwind after a day of exploring, while the convenient beach access allowed for easy strolls to enjoy the fine coastal views.
Everything was flawless.

Everything was simply good. The hotel was quiet, I enjoyed it, especially the mountain view. The personnel was very-very nice and they helped with luggage. The location was good as for me, not far from a hill and enchanting buildings...

Food is excellent albeit at times a bit too quick. Good pool albeit sea water. Good room
Owner is liken to Basil Faulty, ie. Pretty rude at times.

Beautiful views from the spacious double room.
My overall experience was quite frustrating. The noise from adjacent rooms was unbearable due to thin walls. The breakfast options started to run low before the end of the scheduled time, leaving us disappointed .

Absolute relaxation. Beautiful room (superior double), gorgeous gardens and pool (which never seemed too busy) and absolutely 1st class food. The breakfast was fantastic value at 12.50 euros per person and while the restaurant was by no means cheap, the quality presentation and service was as good as most top London restaurants.
The only major disappointment was the the poorly advertised spa and fitness centre. This was in fact no more than a sauna, jacuzzi and two fitness machines. There was no on-site spa treatments (apparently a massage could be ordered from an external company), however for a one hour private usage of the jacuzzi and sauna cost 20 euros and to use the 2 exercise machines cost £10 euros. For what was apart from this a first class and quality hotel where we spent £1000 between two of us for a three night trip the advertising of these facilities is extremely poor and the costs seem completely unneccessary.

Our room was large, included with a bunch of houses on a hill and windows on three sides, had a nice stay. Enjoyed the location away to the restaurant.

The hotel impressed me with its beautiful grounds and peaceful garden atmosphere. The spacious and clean double room offered a wonderful view. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers available for relaxation. Staff members like Noelie brought a lively and cute vibe, especially with her delicious Sangria. I found the breakfast options to be quite limited, lacking variety each morning. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, difficult to get a good night's sleep. There were also some sound issues. Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my peace on a few occasions. Although I appreciated the attentive service, it would be beneficial if there were more options for light snacks or dining outside the main restaurant. The combination of a lovely setting and friendly service makes it a recommendable spot, but some areas still need attention for a relaxing experience.

Having stayed at Sa Punta several times before, we wanted to spend a couple of days relaxing in comfort to end a business trip in Spain. We were again trilled by the high professionalism of this luxury hotel and its fine cuisine. This comes at a price but all-in we feel it is worth the expense. No doubt we will go there again, even for a short stay. The rooms, the restaurant, the pine-trees, the swimming pool, the easy access and parking are all added up to the pleasure.
